Dean's Diversity Champions
Established in 2022, the Dean’s Diversity Champion Awards recognize the significant achievements of Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine students, faculty and staff toward developing a more diverse, equitable and inclusive community.
Students, faculty and staff nominate the recipients, who are selected by the school’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team. Award winners are selected for their volunteer work in the community, their mentorship of students, for establishing student clubs, for developing anti-bias training and much more.
