Course Proposal Process

This site is designed to guide faculty through the course review and approval process, ensuring compliance with LCME accreditation standards, Virginia Tech policies, VTCSOM protocols, and curricular guidelines. By following this process, we maintain high academic standards, promote consistency, and ensure alignment with both institutional goals and regulatory requirements for new and revised courses.

To propose or revise a course, please complete the Course Proposal Form(link to form) and submit to the Manager, Office of Educational Affairs at malaina@vt.edu.
