Angelica Witcher Walker is the Title IX liaison at Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine
Angelica is the assistant dean for student vitality & career development, and the director of Student Affairs. As the VTCSOM Title IX Liaison, she is a local resource to answer questions, discuss supportive measures and reporting options, connect students with resources, and help navigate the Title IX process.
