Academic Counseling & Support
Students who anticipate and/or experience academic or personal struggles are encouraged to contact Emily Holt Foerst, PhD, Assistant Dean for Academic and Student Affairs. Individuals who choose to meet with Dr. Holt Foerst will learn about academic and personal success resources and tools including:
- Time Management Skills
- Evidence-based Study Strategies
- Managing Mindset During Study
- Peer Educator Program Support Services
- Disability Advocacy & Support
- Assistive Technology Resources
In addition to working with Dr. Holt Foerst, students can seek guidance and support from the following people:
- Dr. Amanda Murchison, Associate Dean for Student Affairs
- Phase 1, 2, and/or 3 Directors
- Any PBL Facilitator with whom the student feels comfortable
- Any faculty member with whom the student feels comfortable
