This workshop will explore communication skills for promoting inclusion and respect in the workplace, as well as ways to use your voice to effectively address issues of disrespect. The session will help you understand the impact of stereotypes, biased statements, and the high cost of silent collusion and identify the most common reasons people sit silent in the face of bias and stereotypes. We will explore the power of the bystander to make a difference and enhance your skills for speaking up against stereotypes without blame or guilt and become an effective ally.
