The workshop will largely feature interactive activities allowing participants to apply their learning in a variety of contexts. This workshop is introductory and geared toward individuals who have not previously been engaged in strengths work. The workshop will help you develop an understanding of the strengths philosophy, understand the impact of strengths on teams/workplace dynamics and develop new insights into their own unique talents and strengths.
