Escape from Poverty Room

Face the pressure and see if you can get out in time!

Drs. LeClair, Binks, Cleveland, and Rau invite the students, staff, and faculty of the Roanoke Campus of Virginia Tech to participate in an escape room experience.

VTCSOM, in partnership with REACH (Real Experiences Affecting CHange) are offering this FREE unique escape room, Escape from Poverty, experience to help understand the financial, psychological, and emotional stress of living in poverty.

  • Challenge your problem solving
  • Build empathy
  • Foster understanding
  • Challenge assumptions

There are 4 opportunities to attend:

  • April 21, 2022 (1-3 pm or 3-5 pm) 
  • April 28, 2022 (1-3 pm or 3-5 pm) 

Registration is limited to the first 48 people to respond with registration closing Monday April 18, 2022. Please use the link above or Flowcode QR code to register for the event. After completing the registration additional details will be emailed closer to the event.
